My mistake for not knowing this feature has existed for quite some time. In my defense, I don’t really use the app much.
However, that does mean ROBLOX could have done to bare minimum to try and preferably remove the feature all together or add actual moderation systems in place (not that it would do anything because, well, it’s ROBLOX we’re talking about.)
