I patched an abandoned server plugin project from 4 years ago – Immersive portals

Original dev is Laurithethefish on spigot/github, he abandoned this project 4 years ago(last working patch was built for MCJE 1.19) and made the source code available in a GH repo. I patched it to function on 1.21.11 bukkit/paper MC. Lmk what you guys think!
