Noob here wanting to build this in my city but don’t know what blocks to use or how to make the tiny details and roof part? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated:)

I've made this village my home and in doing so am trying to expand it with many fake and REAL buildings from a few mostly European city's. I saw this library in Tampa and figured it would be a nice but fun thing to make
