Life Fruits Have a USE in Terraria 1.4.5!
The Life Fruit has been a central permanent buff item in Terraria for a very long time, but after fulfilling its main purpose of maxing out the player’s life points, it was basically useless. This changed in Terraria 1.4.5, when Re-Logic added a new recipe with the Life Fruit as a material!

Or just sell it for descent amount of coins
Honestly the fact that they heal for 180 makes for relatively speaking a very cheap and affordable HM option. Even in end game if for some reason you run out of your main potions they make a viable option

For everyone suggesting to sell the life fruit, 2 base gold per fruit is a very mediocre sell for a semi rare underground jungle item you have to go out of your way to collect, especially at post mech.
I would low-key prefer if jungle juice only healed 100 health for a shorter potion sickness duration. It would make it unique instead of just another health potion
