Cant download modpack on Prism or Curseforge. Prism gets forever stuck trying to download libraries, curseforge gets stuck around installing neoforge. Tried using a vpn, didnt really work.

Trying to install ATM 10 so curseforge is the only way afaik. Tried also download the libraries manually and put them in the folder (tried the mods folder, the global mods folder, and the libraries folder)
