Check this autocrafter i made to craft chests and hoppers whit the same machine.
Just changing the item selected in the panel (item_frame) you can craft both of them.
It includes some security systems to prevent the hopper crafter to lose the recipe.
I thinck its okay bay did you imagine some way to make it smaller?
