Oritech and create are both cool tech mods, I personally like create more but Oritech is also really cool

Give Crossroads a shot 🙂 it’s an old but niche mod that got updated and it’s super inventive, with lasers, heat, and gears being the main way you do things

Pretty much all the big name tech mods are available for this version. GregTech, Mekanism, Applied Energisitcs, Create, Oritech. These all have great support for 1.20.1. I think Thermal has a few releases on this version too.
If you want to find some you can look at tech mod packs in this version and look through the mod list.
Also I wouldn’t search generic terms like “cool tech mods” in the search bar. It’s mainly used for key words like “backpack”, “delights” (for farmers delights addons), etc.
Rather I’d search for mod packs with the keyword “tech”. Then sift through the mod list.
Edit: I’m pretty sure ad astra is also available on this version.
