Even if you think it’s bland, sometimes bland can be good. Allows for more detail to be added where you want and can actually feel more homey.

Some mossy cobblestone, fence gates/fences for windows and a bit of bushes and normal granite in the mix should make it a bit better, still already really good as a first

i am pretty sure 75% of our bases are just full torched squares with a ton of chest and work stations on the center so even building the shoe box is goated.
