I always thought the lava lurk in the volcano dungeon is a fire-breathing tiger whose ears were the only things sticking out of the lava, “lurking” at me. I only found out recently, when i paused a bit to look at it, that its not a tiger…my day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable

    Ok but “lava dwelling tiger that breathes fire” is a rad idea for a D&D monster 🤔

    It doesn’t help matters that you can find “Tiger Slimes” in the same area.
