Just to clarify, you don't need to be in a special seed world to summon Meteor Shower or Coin Rain. However, Meteor Rain and Boulder Rain require a special world seed combination.

I witnessed a Meteor Shower and Coins from Heaven in a regular world without secret seed enabled. They're not locked to secret seeds
