I always stock up on gold quality carrots as my HP snack. Not just good for horses! 😉
Also, all the seasonal wild seeds (carrots, summer squash, broccoli and powder melon) are not worth a lot of cash, but gold quality ones make for cheap food! (I'm too cheap to eat my cheese lol)

I have played countless hours of Stardew and never get anything good in the chests of skull cavern. I regularly get stuff like cactus seeds, hats, and endless autograbbers, but only after I've already bought the ones I need 😂

Hey James, something i missed my first few playthroughs, it's actually worth it to upgrade the trashcan as well. At the moment any time you trash something you get nothing, but every time you upgrade you get a little percentage of what it's worth. Useless to do early on, but now that you have the rest upgraded might as well do that one and get a little money back any time your bags are full and you need to make room 😅
I usually put my mini shipping bin in my greenhouse since they can go indoors !

this is wild i just played calico desert festival challenge for the first time and had no idea the food gave you buffs, but i happened to pick the fruit and hot sauce randomly. haha i was wondering why i felt like i was running so fast!
