    Hi, here is a breakdown of items I used (all vanilla) :

    Sandy ~

    * Stone chests, Wooden chests, Crystal and Stone floor tiles (craftable)
    * Winter end tables, Birch end tables, Grandmother end tables, Groovy chairs (from furniture catalogue)
    * Blue and Grey Joja end tables (from joja catalogue)

    Clint ~

    * Stone chests, Wooden chests, Wicked statues, Casks, Garden pots, Crystal and Stone floor tiles (craftable)
    * Red and Yellow Dining chairs, Groovy chairs, Pink Plush seats, Winter end tables, Birch end tables, Oak end tables, Birch tables, Grandmother end tables (from furniture catalogue)
    * Grey joja end table (from joja catalogue)
    * Seasonal Plant
