Would you like to see other mods use co2 pollution / oxygen consumption?

Imagine the IE diesel generator would pump out 100 buckets co2 for every diesel it burns, and consuming 100 oxygen.
While algae would start to convert it back, they are slow and you would have to switch to clean energy at some point or the greenhouse effect will heat up the planet too much and then you need the atmosphere compressor or solar shields to cool the planet down again.
