I have no knowledge of this, but it kinda looks like night vision when it’s about to end. Are there any buffs/debuffs on you?

Can’t edit post body text so don’t worry it’s solved!
It was me using Astralex shaders and apperantly it has a “Flash Entities” Menu in the “Other cool effects” section and just had to turn that off is all.
