I’ve seen people win with nine large milks or nine truffles, but six chubs and three bass? Hot damn.
Edit: My original year one strategy was to try to hit all the different categories: gem, artifact, vegetable, fruit, etc…
My current strategy is DGAF because I get all my star tokens from spamming the green/orange wheel game.

Damn, I guess I’m really overthinking these, huh?
I always make an effort to have different item categories, since it affects your rating. Didn’t realize it was pointless if everything’s just iridium quality.
Yup, (almost) any 9 iridium items will win. As long as the final value of each item (after quality modifiers, perks, and so on) is at least 90+, you are set. I generally go for iridium eggs, milk, or fish. On my most recent run, I actually just grabbed any iridium animal products I produced that day and then fished for a bit to get a full 9 items.
