New blocks with variants… Yet still nothing for existing concrete and terracotta
The water in the sulfur cave is a different color. And bubbling. Getting toxic sludge. Lol
So, two new blocks, gimmick mob and fart particles…got it

So we are going to get the portal inside of the new game before before they even release it to java or bedrock IF THEY even release it for java or bedrock. LOOKing at you END update. This crap is straight garbage we are getting 1 more mob a bio-me and a block type. This is the same lazy mojang trash they have been drip feeding us for the last 2 years. I am not buying dungeons 2 until they release dungeons 1 content into the areas of the base game that need it, and i played the crap out of dungeons 1. Time to speak with my wallet.

I'm totally fine with small drops instead of big updates, but minecraft live, the BIG EVENT, should announce a major update.
Has anyone noticed that Agnes said that there is a secret use for the Sulfur Cube, and then made what sounds like a Minecraft villager hmpf? Maybe it's just me…

Ngl, the only thing that interested me was the stuff about the new biome. I skipped everything else.
Hear me out. Slime blocks in the sulfur cube in a slime block bounce house.
But the serious question we're all wondering… what about tnt?
Also, will we have volcanoes coming soon? Abandoned sulfer mines?

The fake excitement is exhausting. Nothing is actually exciting here. It's a couple ok things, but other than that. Wow a new red block. This live wasn't to show off the lack luster 4 block cave, it was to advertise the new Minecraft Dungeons game. No thanks. I still love the game, but this is stupid and pretending it;s hype is just exhausting.

When I watched mincraft live I was late and then the moment I joined it said “THE SULFUR CAVES!!!”
As someone who grew up going to chessington world of adventures, which is local to me, i am so so excited about minecraft world coming to me
These Sulfur Cubes are like the Tuff Golem in a way.
You can just throw an item in it and it just stays there and also it looks sooo cute !

Very underwhelming Minecraft live. Hopefully there’s more features they haven’t announced yet. Disappointed is the only word I can use to describe how I feel.

Minecraft is so good at creating lazy biomes. They never fully lean into stuff ugh.
This drop feels like such a mid, nothing burger. Just filler for the point of filler's sake. And the final slap in the face is that the ancient portal is just MC Dungeons 2. Mojang really lost the plot. I am not a fan of this update at all. The new mob is useless for single player and the novelty will quickly wear off in multiplayer. The new sulfer cave is cool but pointless. Yeah we get hotsprings but they will be ugly for building except in factories. Not even sure if you can transport them outside of the sulfer cave biome. We also have more than enough red and yellow blocks. The new blocks clash too much with the grey stone and black deepslate. They look very modded. Not a fan of this drop at all. I hope they add something worthwhile. At least the happy ghast let you transport mobs and fly around without an elytra. This is utterly pointless. And the tiny takeover drop is literally just a texture pack and a mod ripoff.
i was thinking but also hoping for aa volcano biome since sulfur apears in volcanos
can someone start making a backport of the sulphur caves and Sulphur Cubes please someone make a mod for 1.20.1 and lower please mod makers
