The new sulfur caves feel modded (/pos)

Just before people start running with wrong information, Cinnabar contains Mercury Sulfide but has been found to be mostly inert, insoluble, and poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Mercury poisoning mainly came from processing the Cinnabar like heating or grinding (which released gaseous mercury). The Chinese even use Cinnabar as an old medicinal. It could be interesting if mining the Cinnabar without silk touch caused nausea too, but Minecraft doesn't need to be that realistic. Also, for those who keep wanting more combat challenges in the game, stop treating deaths from the environment as accidents outside of your control. The mobs, environmental hazards, and survival mechanisms compound to become a challenge. Creaking force your vision so other mobs can blindside you in a biome where it is hard to see through the dense hanging foliage. Breezes trigger traps that distract and confuse, while also moving other mobs to places you weren't paying attention to. If you are fighting off a zombie and get hit into the sulfur gas and suddenly can't hit your target, that death is just as deserved as getting shot off a ledge and falling on dripstone. 90% of survival is anticipation/preparation, and the rest is knowledge and skill.

I think it would be an excellent idea if they used that bubble effect to create another generator like basalt or cobble/stone, maybe sandstone or the sulfur and the cinnabar
Mercury poisoning in Minecraft!
The caves look great, very pretty colours, but also, can you imagine how it must smell in there? The sulfur cubes must smell awful too! Very stinky update. (But still looks like a lot of fun!)

If they allow us to put a saddle on the large sulphur slime my opinion on this drop would improve 10 fold, ESPECIALLY if they allow us to punt the slime while on it. Customizable mount? Yes please.
I'm gonna be real, Everything in this update looks SO MY STYLE.
Sulphur and Cinnabar look GORGEOUS (also, isn't this gonna like change a BUNCH of mods, because these two things show up all over in modded)
And Sulphur slimes look adorable. I've only seen this video, do they not deal damage? It looks that way, I will be SO happy to just have a bunch of adorable slimes roaming about my base! <3
The whimsy is on another level. Yay, more blocks for the inventory! 🤨🤐 Sarcasm aside, the functionality of the Sulfur Cube does look interesting. New and improved Cubby Golf and Bdub Tennis coming to HC S11 😉

So, let me get this straight… Fireflies didn't get a "go" because there was a possibility kids might feed them to their frogs after playing Minecraft, but sulphur and BLOODY CINNABAR, LITERAL MERCURY, are a'ok as building blocks because… Reasons.
i don't understand why they refuse to call slimes "XYZ slime" and instead of call them "XYZ cube". overall very underwhelming drop as always sadly since change to drops
i feel like using the sulfur you should be able to get gunpowder, as a renewable source would be cool. it would also be a peaceful mode alternative
from a building perspective, i feel like these are colours of blocks we have already. sure theyre stone texture instead of wood/wool, but i mean??? we need more purples man !!

Really hoping the Dungeons 2 Deep Dark portal is a precursor for a new dimension because man that is something I have been dying for since the deep dark came out. It's such a cool concept and I really want to see what they do with it. Hopefully we'll get more info on that when it releases

What everyone was asking for, yet another passive mob that is boring and will be ignored after a week!
The new biome is underwhelming, the block sets are ugly, the design of the new mob lacks personality, the functions are cool but nobody asked for it. There are so many incomplete block sets I’m confused why they don’t just work on things the community actually wants
is it bad that my first thought with the sulfur cube was TNT
lets add colored blocks with a whole block set and biome!!!! Concrete and terracotta slabs/stairs will never happen
The chiseled sulfur blocks kinda look like headphones if you use your imagination. They will be great in your music themed Hermitcraft base this season
