This is a join collaboration between two extremely talented CN builders named 六月Aurora and 炜诺.

If you want to get access to the download file, you’ll have to create a Bilibili account and then follow them. Once you do, you can click on your inbox and then scroll through their updates channel to find the link to the downloads page.
Now CN often uses a proprietary file hosting website like either Baidu Pan, or more commonly for MC builds, Quark Pan which is integrated into their browsers.
The problem here is that if you’re not a CN citizen getting through all of these steps is going to be a pain if not straight up impossible. Your best bet is to somehow have connections with someone from the mainland to distribute the world save directly to you
