You can combine accessory using tinkerer workshop from goblins. Every accessory/weapon with “material” on its description can be combined with something to upgrade it. You can ask the guide to see what can it turn to and see what you need.
Also i think you arent prepare enough for the fight it will be difficult.

Get spectre boots at least. Preferably lightning boots. Wall of flesh gets kinda fast when he’s about to die so you want more speed accessories. Magiluminesance is good for speed but might not be enough
Either that or make a path thats accessible for your mount, which looks to be the horse i believe. The horse should be able to outrun the wall but it needs some space

Try to kill the bosses more than one time like queen bee because they do give some useful stuff also if you get stuck try to look up a guide on the wiki

That loadout is possible but will be a bit difficult. I see you have some beenades which imo is what helped me a ton when I started. Perhaps having at least 100 would help you clear a good chunk of the WoF then finish it off with your summon and bow. On the other hand, I think you’re ready.
To help, build what you could on the arena. Campfires for healing and some blocks on the ceiling to block random mobs from hindering your retreat during the fight. Perhaps add on sunflower for that itty bitty buff and lowered mob spawn to beat.
I also see you don’t have the speed boots. So having a railcart to compensate will help a ton, else you’d be game to being close and personal to WoF and dodge like mad as a single hit from a random lava slime will throw you into the depths of the WoF mouth. Speed potion may not be enough for a beginner unless you fight WoF enough times to learn the dodge pattern (and luck)
