It's a new niche for gold. Better healing but worse defense and durability. It also could be handy as an adventuring set to make your food last longer.
It makes it a viable armor option with tradeoffs.
It would work by turning the food gold when u have the whole set equipped and the color would change if u remove the armor

I actually like this idea, I think it’s creative and gives gold armor a unique trait
Too OP
I like the idea of buffing the lesser used armor in the game. It would be really cool to see players of different playstyles using different sets of armor
Nah. Doesn’t make sense.
I dunno if it should be just base gold armor or an enchant?
Too op for early game ngl. If it was like slightly worse version of gold fod then yeah its balanced.
I think this would be better suited as a high-tier Enchantment that only gold armor can have. Call it “Gilding” or something like that.
Funny thing is the apple is the hard part to get, not the gold. And if you’re not trading sticks for emeralds for golden carrots, idk what you’re doing with your MC life
or an enchantment called “Midas’s touch”
It should be an enchantment imo, too easy to get gold armor early game. Very cool idea though
this is why literally any mage set in any game has gold armor bru lmao
For me, it would be better if you could mine faster with the full gold set
I could have sworn that I’ve read this exact post like a week ago.
That would be great for players like me who spend a lot of their time farming at their base and not taking damage. I’d be eating carrots!
IDEA MIGLIORE
guanti di re-Mida trovati nel tempio del deserto non craftabili che rendono le carote d’oro e le mele d’oro
Damn at least this will give gold armors a potential reason. It’s like Elytra wearing it gives u less protection but u get the ability to fly.
I love this idea, but as enchantments on armor.
This is a mistake many games make with armor sets. It is not a fun mechanic to take off your normal armor, put on another set just to do an action that’s boosted by the set, then switch back.
