defeated my first boss in this game had 8 game hrs as of fighting this
that text appeared like some evil spirit is watching me while I was exploring and this thing came. no clue about other boss fight location since im pretty new but this one was interesting. looking forward to more.

That’s the eye of Cthulhu as you probably know and he doesn’t have a spawn location but alot of other bosses do. The eye spawned in because you had 200 hp and can only be spawned at night
Also you seem to have the basis of dodging and general boss fighting correct just need to get better
Anyways gl and have fun getting addicted like the rest of us 🙂

its the eye of cthulu, almost like some sort of eye of cthulu…

good work, for a first time player you looked like you knew what you were doing, at the moment there are 2 other bosses that can automatically spawn one from a slime rain and the other at 12 am while in a blizzard, your next step should be making a sword out of the materials the boss dropped it will be useful later on and head to the purple biome, the next boss is there if you have entered the caves of that biome you should see glowing purple orbs.
Breaking a total of three of them will summon a boss or you can craft a summon for that boss with the resources you get from killing the enemies from that biome, however all boss summoning items require a special crafting station that cannot be crafted, they will be in the caves of the purple biome or random locations throughout the world. It is a purple-ish gray rectangle with horns on it.

Ayy congrats! Clever use of your grappling hook during the fight for mobility, its good to do that.

good job! tip: for most bosses, it is reccomended to build a flat terrain of platforms so you can move uninterrupted, with later bosses usually needing more platforms above that one
