Would have been comfortable with at least 1.21.6 idk, this felt like a horrible way to fix the versioning issue that was ongoing. They could have just gone with 4 digit semantic versioning to fix that whole thing where hotfixes were being given the same version importance as new content drops.

It does feel weird… Personally I liked it before (1.21.11, 1.16.5 etc)

Wait what? So we’re on minecraft 26.1 now i stead of 1.21.x? How does that make more sense???
I’m shocked to see 26.1 release on the same day that neoforge is updated and ready. I guess because It’s not obfuscated anymore and I guess they probably got it earlier preview or something to get started?
