i suddenly got this mail but what is it? an achievement? but how do i get this achievement?
I'm new to this game so i don't know how suddenly i get this
It is just a lore mail. There won’t be a newspaper/trophy you receive for it in-game (and I don’t believe there is a platform/steam trophy for it either).

In this case I believe it’s just mail to add a little flavor to the game. When you get an achievement, you can see a little pop-up in lower-left corner with the name of the achievement. Also you can see the achievements in the menu.
There are a few mails you get from your parents or one like this that just means you earned a certain amount of money since the beginning of that save. It doesn’t do anything else.
