So i made a modpack to play on 26.1 just to see if the mods worked but these white specs are everywhere. I tried changing mipmap levels and a lot of the video settings but nothing worked. These white specs are actually lagging me a lot so i have no idea the cause

Oh, guess I’ll just guess at random.
Distant Horizons maybe? Something that affects rendering?
