For me it looks like you either named your world after some other world where this thing existed, or you accidentally achieved the files corrupted. Try to recreate your world (it always changes the name) and if this thing is still there maybe try to walk to it. Or try to walk to it in this world

this has happened to me before, where having multiple worlds would sort of mash the maps ups and overlay them. seeing as you went there, did you go to it on another world/server? did it go away when you updated the map there?

It’s either from an alternate world or a server where you’ve loaded that structure before with that pack
If it’s from another pack then the instances got mixed (i’ve heard that’s what the vanilla launcher does, and why other launchers like prism create a clean instance for all)

What your mod list afaik probably something to do with map data being corrupted
