Anyone know what’s causing these weird staticy visuals?

I started this new modpack and everything at a distance looks weird as if it’s lower quality? And it also feels like the blocks are slightly brighter as compared to a normal vanilla world. This is 1.20.1 modded. I attached a video, not sure if you can see what I mean. I’ll put screenshots of my mod folder in the comments
