For Terralith, I am pretty certain yes. However for the WW’s Overhauled Overword, I am not sure. All I can tell you is it’s incompatible with those mods that LARGELY change worldgen such as Tectonic.

WWOO absolutely, but terralith not, the mobs just don’t spawn in terralith biomes because it replaces them. WWOO changes the vanilla biomes without id change, so the mobs work there perfectly.
