Different trees produce different things. The hardwood mahogany tree produces sap every day when tapped. Pine trees produce pine tar every 5 days. Oak trees produce oak resin every 7 days. Maple trees produce maple syrup every 9 days.
charlyeeee on
You’ve put the tapper on a Hardwood tree, which doesn’t give Resin. if you put the tapper on another tree- oak, pine, or maple- it’ll produce results.
If you’re after RESIN specifically, you’ll need to tap an Oak tree. I’ve added a photo of what they look like 😌
