After a lot of grinding I finally reached level 1000 of the Skull Cavern in just one day without using stairs, you just need bombs a lot of bombs and hope you get a lot of shaft holes to jump in.

Or a giant shed full of crystal areas reproducing jade for staircases

Even if I use stairs and go as fast as humanly possible, it takes me damn near all day just to get to 100
How do people get so far? Is there some trick idk? Am I slow af? ???????

1000 with no staircases, no extra luck from blessings (or food) (or bonus ladders) and no slingshot? You also have a gap in your inventory and you’re carrying tea leaves around, which makes no sense to me. I’m not going to say anything about this achievement other than that I’m skeptical. I’d love to see a video of this

I’m not sure I believe this. No food buffs? No mining-related blessing? I bomb the shit out of every level and jump in every hole I find. Theres no way you made it to level 1,000. If you had edited your photo to say 500, it may be more believable.

A full day, from 6am to 2am lasts 14 minutes and 20 seconds(860 seconds) IRL.
Even if you manage to not waste a single second outside the mines, That would give you less than a second per level in the mine. But since shaft holes exist, if you get extremely lucky, maybe you can do it.
However, since bombs take 3 seconds to explode and you never mentioned explosive ammo, Im not sure about your chances.

I also don’t buy this. I went down to level 303 yesterday using mostly stairs the entire time and that took all day. I was stopping to open chests, breaking some barrels when I saw them, but mostly skipping levels, and I left at 1am. I was looking for an auto petter but sadly didn’t get one so it’s time to stock pile jade again boo.

This is so obviously fake to anyone who has ever even attempted a skull cavern run.
I have spent entire days throwing bombs everywhere I can and I’ve only ever got into the few hundreds. Other people in this thread are saying the same.

I cant help but say thst most of the comments are just negative comments calling me a liar. If you dont belive me thats fine calling me out names isnt. Im not here to impress you thats not my job nor the purpose of this post not to mention even I myself was suprised that I managed to do it after god knows how many attempts. Also in case ypu didnt see the speed buff of course food was involved as well as statue mostly lucky lunch and any food that can add speed I did being coffee or espresso with me as well as statue buff. And then totem from bed straight to desert. The empty slot is my gift slot which was robin’s birthday i think hence its empty.
