What Mod is Causing weird effects on my World?

For context, while I was opening a chest in a random structure, this menu randomly popped-up. It looked kinda derpy and I was curious so I kinda played along and "bought" a few of the items, namely the Miner's Helmet, Horse Saddles, and the Firefly Jar. After "Checking out", several textboxes appeared on chat, relating to the itmes (I was unable to take a picture undortunately), related to the 3 things I bought. For the Miner's Helmet, a curseforge link that directs you to the Miner's Helmet mod was typed in, which is pretty neat I guess. For the firefly jar, the message said something about the jar breaking, resulting in Fireflies swarming my FOV . And Lastly, for the Saddles item, Horses became entirely invisible, with them appearing as floating saddles instead. All-in-all, I think this scenaroi is quite hilarious, but I need to ask which mod is causing this because I hope it's not a permanent thing on my world, with it beeing hardcore and all. Also, the thingies don't return to normal even after exiting and re-entering the world. Would appreciate all the help~
