NGL that bed is the reason it took me years to play Stardew Valley. My friend told me it was great, and I loved Harvest Moon games, but seeing the art at the beginning was such a deterrent.

it’s part of the game, skipping certain things makes zero sense imo. doesn’t matter how many times i’ve played, i want the whole experience no matter how small. creating anything takes hard work and passion and i respect those who do 💜🩷💜🩷

My grandpa passed before Stardew came out and meant a lot to me so I always tear up at the grandpa stuff and would never skip it :’)

Only when I play dialogue mods (since I make a new save every time to get all of it) because I’m like “yeah yeah, just lemme get to the juicy stuff…” *rubs hands together like a fly*
(Tbf I have like 15+ save files. Never skipped the first 5 times around)
