H = Humidity, T = Temperature, Weird = Weirdness (aka Ridges)
The names are the regions in TerraBlender, which seems to effectively add a sixth horizontal noise to arrange the biomes (though I don't know how that works). I think the colours are from Amidst or Cubiomes, except the NS ones, which I made up.
This probably has an error or two, as I just copied bits and pieces from the mod's files on github. It covers the "middle" biomes, which generate in lower elevation areas (on land). In Nature's Spirit's files (which uses TerraBlender), they are the 'commonBiomes' and 'uncommonBiomes', which apply to – and + weirdness respectively (opposite sides of rivers). There are of course other biomes not covered here: 'nearMountainBiomes' and 'specialNearMountainBiomes' (again, divided by W=0), 'windsweptBiomes' and others. There's a fair bit in those files that I don't understand.

[Here is the vanilla layout](https://i.redd.it/e8lzcmdx1yqg1.png) (ignore the different numbering). The ‘Mater’ region seems the most similar.
This is very interesting. While toying with the biome generation config settings for NS I always wondered what Ferax, Flava etc meant
