i killed to many iron golems and now all of my villagers are angry like this. is there a way to go into my player data and reset it? i dont want to redo my villager hall

Put your game in hard mode and zombifie the villagers, with hard mode they become zombies 100% of the time so you won’t loose the trades, then heal them with a weakness potion and a golden apple, rince and repeat till you get good prices

Killing golems doesn’t affect the trade prices. You had to have hit one of them and they spread the word. Unless this is on Bedrock and some weird thing only it has.
