Personally, I’ve never used the soaring insignia or brain of confusion so I’d change one of those

I may be misremembering, but
– brain of cthulu means you’re playing in expert mode
– in expert mode you can get another accessory slot from the Wall of Flesh

Brain of Cthulu is very fun imo but mostly for non-boss monsters. If you’re aiming for bosses and mini-bosses, I’d pass on BoC and replace it with pygmy necklace

Get rid of all flying accessories and use witch’s broom, that frees up 2 slots, or if u still wanna fly just remove soaring insignia, you don’t need infinite flight
