This is why I let plants wither when transitioning to the next season. It’ll still get watered by the sprinklers.

The late night panic planting is real 😅

Idk how you can have plots like that, sprinklers on the edges all jagged would just irritate my soul.

That was tense. Pretty sure I was holding my breath.

I’m not even farming like this anymore by year 3, what is all that rhubarb for?

I really wanted to put down blue grass started the first winter so I’d get that first day of spring growth spurt on it.
So I had to grind the hell out of the skills to get all them to 10 in late fall, lucked out with the traveling cart and finished the community center on fall 16, and got to the walnut room and first level of mastery at the start of winter.
At that point I realized I didn’t have moss. Or at least I only had 8 moss.
Convinced I could somehow get it, I planted some pine trees and mossy trees in the desert, got the foraging mastery (probably the only person to ever do foraging first lmao), and got 4 mystic trees started for syrup.
By the end of winter, I’d gotten the blue grass recipe, heavy tappers had yielded 12 syrup, and my small moss farm in the desert had produced 1 moss, bringing my total to 9 moss and not enough for even one blue grass.
Desperately I looked up deconstructor yields and discovered if I destroyed my two worm bins, I’d get 60 moss. At this point it’s like 9pm on winter 28.
I get the moss, craft 6 blue grass, and plant them around my animal pens.
Success! And now my farm has a fully self sustaining population of blue grass

Not me over here wondering how you had such a well developed farm on day 1 of your save…
