I knew but i have yet to find a real use for this.
The clentaminator is obtained almost immediately at the start of hardmode and in pre-hardmode evil spreads super slowly and can be stopped with 3 blocks of wood.
Plus if i need a graveyard sunflowers actually block those too, so I usually remove them.
