I’ve quitted Roblox because without chat it became boring shit, but if they ever return chat I will return to Roblox. Maybe you’re lucky and in your region chat is available.

see like, I get it, I hate controversy in general and the negativity I’ve been seeing in every space ever is genuinely beyond exhausting (see: the entire minecraft community)
but these are all major issues that are continuing to affect roblox as we speak. the entire platform genuinely becomes a worse experience every time they change something (e.g incredibly flawed age verification system, reports being ignored, generative AI tools integrated into studio (and every other system on the entire platform)), and roblox seems obsessed with showing how little they care about their community (especially with the whole “makeup” april fools joke that they still haven’t removed yet)
maybe I’m being a bit hypocritical because I have a bit of that same opinion when it comes to minecraft update drama, but I feel like there’s enough of a difference between minecraft’s issues and roblox’s issues that I’m more willing to complain about the latter, because unlike minecraft, roblox is legitimately annihilating itself intentionally at an incredibly fast rate, for no other reason than to please people who have never interacted with it in their lives while ruining it for people who actually enjoy it
I’m not asking you to interact with the drama, but it’s a bit disheartening to see people who genuinely don’t care where the platform is headed
