If you have Alex’s Mobs installed and ate a rainbow jelly, it’ll turn you rainbow-y
Alexmobs effect caused by eating box jellyfish jelly after killing them, I don’t think you can apply the effect to others through normal means like potions but the rainbow effect can be removed by shift right clicking with a wet sponge
