Hey there!
This seed seems very nice for building. Spawn is somewhere around the snow mountains. A huge ocean with several smaller islands. The pillager outpost isn't far away from spawn and the first village didn't seem to be that far away either.
Sorry for no cords, I usually just fly around in creative when I first load in to get a small world overview to check out the scenery for a long term survival world and forgot to turn them on.
