Calm down, the copper torch & lantern are fairly new. Just because they added a new tier of light sources doesn’t mean Mojang should immediately fill in the rest of “missing” items. Bet you’d complain Mojang’s adding bloat if they ever did fill in the missing ones

redstone fireplace > powers blocks on the side, when put out it acts like a splitter.
soul pumpkin > white pumpkin.
copper pumpkin > metal pumpkin.
redstone pumpkin > directional redstone block.
all lever variants are just togglable.
