Probably a set of clouds that’s glitched out. Try turning off clouds to see if it goes away
Cycle through all the buttons from F1 to F12 and if that doesn’t work then restart. Looks to just be an issue in 1 chunk.
You have the old windows screensaver as your cloud texture now. Seems like a win to me lol
