Does anyone know what shader or texture this is?

A few hours ago I saw a video that had this outline and warm coloring that I really liked. I tried to find it but couldn’t. Does anyone know what the shader or texture is called? I thought it was Sildur’s Enhanced Default or an outline shader, but I don’t think so
