I need recommendations for this style of building

These reference images are from Splatoon 3: Side Order. Don't worry, no spoilers are included.

I'm trying to build a map in Minecraft Java 26.1 that is heavily inspired by Splatoon 3: Side Order. In case you're unaware, Side Order takes place in a very modern-looking but colorless tower called the Spire of Order, which appears to be made out of textured gray concrete, glass, shiny metal (presumably stainless steel), tiled floors and walls, and not much more. I included a few images of the Spire for reference, both from the inside and from the outside.

I wanted to see if y'all know any mods or resource packs that could help me achieve this kind of aesthetic. Not something that makes the whole world white/gray like in Side Order, but something that has materials that are as close as possible to those of the Spire specifically. Thanks!
