To get the achievement, you can do the Community Center up to everything but the Friendship bundles, and then copy your save as a backup, buy the JojaMart membership, and voila. Copy the backed up save back and continue as you were.
I found this out accidentally when testing out a mod I was writing.

I did the Joja route, thought I would hate it, but actually really liked it? Morris isn’t evil, just a dude who works in a capitalist world, and honestly Pierre is probably more profit centred than Morris. Give it a shot.

Honestly it’s a fairly quick achievement since your playthrough is streamlined to being strictly about making money. Focus on farming, fish the first few days, then run the mines for sprinklers and constantly reinvest everything into farming. Can easily be done in Year 1

psh, one of the easiest achievements in the game. Spend a spring and part of a summer fishing, you’ll be done in no time. Then delete the farm and never think of it again.

I’d say if you don’t really want to do it, take advantage of item codes to get as much money as quickly as possible to get it done. Have your name be high value items, sell the items you get from it being said early, go buy a phone, then when it’s night time you can call Gus who will say your name over and over again. You’ll have enough money to finish it in a day
