I kind of want to build a base in a hollow mountain deep underground, preferably with an ancient city at the bottom, and maybe even visible from the surface if that's possible. I don't really care about the surrounding area, maybe a village nearby. I'd also prefer if it wasn't too far from spawn, maybe about 2-5k blocks out. Thanks!

I literally just posted the seed for that picture today, which happens to be exactly what you are looking for in java, and all that without the ancient city in bedrock.
