Def the spicy eel. That’s the hardest to get unless you have a bunch of farms set up. Jade is plentiful and it’s only 8 boxes.

Probably the jade if you don’t reset. I find I get plenty of spicy eels when I’m in Skull Cavern with monster musk+burglar ring, and staircases are great for going way deeper and obtaining more wealth.
I might be undervaluing the boxes though, idk.

Why would you even take all of this into the mine lol? You didn’t find all of that jade and spicy eel on the same run did you?
Also, definitely save the jade, unless you reload the day.

Please… put a chest in the entrance to skull cavern and only bring what you need for that run.

The mystery boxes could all be fertilizer and mixed seeds for all you know. Plus, you can get them back within a few days to a few weeks. Not important.
If you got that many spicy eels in one trip then you can get that many more in one trip. If you brought them all with you then consider it payment for a lesson learned: Don’t bring more food than you can consume during your time there and dont bring anything you’re not willing to lose (aside from weapons/tools, but that’s different).
Save the jade. That’s many days of waiting and/or many crystalariums. Either way, that number would most likely make it the hardest thing to reproduce.
