This is the start of the inside of my third base on this world I have little building experience, never gone past day 50 before and never ever beat the ender dragon I think this is gonna be my forever world loving it so far
It depends on what type of building it is, but I would put statues of some kind.

even if you dont build anything, a cool pattern for the floor itself would do a lot
MoziWanders on
4 horseman statues. King, queen, jack, ace. Earth, water, wind, and fire effigies.
Curious-Slip-3089 on
4 farms that are essential, iron, food, etc, and close them off with red stone doors that blend in, then add banners that match the farms to the walls like a white and silver banner for iron farm

Let’s start by switching that ONE cobblestone block for stone! hahah
I would put beacons in it if you can have access to the sky
Beachiquita on
A museum of rare objects or mobs
OrchidSure5401 on
A mini diorama of the 3 dimensions and maybe a cave for the 4th
mogley1992 on
Mini trial chamber, ancient city, nether fortress, and end.
Acceptable_Pear_8275 on
Auto smelter, storage room, armadillo xp farm (make sure the armadillos dont have access to stone), and enchanting station. Maybe a nether portal, villager trading hall. I know you only have four slots but these are some ideas. You could also make these all go to corridors that lead to multiple things.
Expensive-Border-869 on
Some sort of statue with a crafting table and a furnace hidden inside of it. Always handy to have at least the bench around
Water feature? Lava feature? Id make sure its not actually the same thing on each but similar stuff.

Don’t get me wrong, it looks brilliant but why walk down to get an elevator up? Be like getting off at the 5th floor but you live on the 6th.
As for the the corners, I’d personally go with some sort of lighting feature. Like a lava fall into a pool or lit netherrack. Could also go soul torches and lit soul sand in the corners.

I think that beacons would lowkey rock
ColdBlaccCoffee on
Grass, trees, and flowers
FiveFiftyOne on
Water, earth, fire and air.. you figure out how to do it though
Parfilov on
Microsoft logo pattern!
JuggerMott on
Statues of dwarves
UnevenGlitch on
I’d say beacons but the depends on how often you’d need a use for them there
Think-Test1068 on
Statues or guardian statues

Try with four big gates, yellow frames would look cool, and if you add Immersive Portals you could connect them with a few mini maps of hill-like pillars or something.
Dangerous-Quit7821 on
Replica statues of the Vince Lombardi, Commissioner’s, Larry O’Brien trophies and the Stanley Cup.
DigitalJedi850 on
Your four favorite tree types.
Cherry, Acacia, Jungle, Azalea. Just one in each corner.
ETA: Needs moar ceiling!

On the three of them you can represent the three dimensions, by placing blocks from each dimension and any other interesting features of your choice. But for the fourth one, it seems good to decorate similarly but with the deep dark biome vibe as there is a lore of it being linked to some other dimension and it would give it a mysterious vibe. It would be a nice decoration showing the entire nature of the game.
