The central building is the mage tower of the Archmage. The big dome covers a circular meeting place which serves as the town main square. The building with two domes is the library and the final domed structure is the town hall. The city is only accessible by flying (I was inspired by house Telvanni dunking on anyone who cant use levitation, I find it hilarious), but there is also a hidden wayshrine (Inspired by the ancient Falmer, this is one of my snow elf towns) in a form of stone circle which can take non mages inside if necessary.
