As the title states, the seed is -1145230073 using Large Biomes.
Rule 4: The island itself is pretty simple. Without spoiling too much I will just say what is under the island, and in the immediate vicinity, is pretty cool – much of it is lush, and 1-2 hidden chambers. There is also a large dark oak biome very close to this island with a cool house and a spooky forest. Default spawn is a vast mountainous rainforest if that is your thing.
