The grey is a ring of jagged peaks or mountains
The green is just a plains biome (it doesn't have to all be plains, there can be forests or something) it has be be flat so that I don't have to terraform a bunch to build
The entire thing is an island (ignore the blue, that's just a crude representation of the ocean)
